Benjamin Breckinridge Warfield (1851-1921) was professor of theology at Princeton Seminary from 1887 to 1921. He is considered by many to be the last of the great Princeton theologians before the split in 1929 that formed Westminster Theological Seminary and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
This fine art print of the original oil portrait of Warfield by Mike Mahon was commissioned for the cover of the 2015 edition of the “Confessional Presbyterian”. It is hanging along with other Mike Mahon original paintings of Reformation theologians and ministers in the board room of Greenville Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Greenville, South Carolina.
