Mike Mahon will have a large showing of his work in September and October! This will be a collection you will not want to miss.
You may see some of your old favorites that are now gicleé print editions, as well as many of his newest original plein-air landscapes, in both oil and pastel. He is offering Texas prices for this show so that you can add a new painting to your collection, or give one as a gift for the holidays.
On the Peach – 20×26 Pastel Best of Show Winner by Ben Konis
As an added special offering, he will bring four of Ben Konis’s paintings that he has been privileged to own and enjoy. These are some of Ben’s best works.
Mike and Cynthia hope to see all of you on the night of the opening reception, but if you can’t make that, be sure to catch the show before we take it down on Thursday, November 1st!
For more than 40 years, Mike Mahon has captured the essence of the Texas, New Mexico and Santa Fe areas through his landscape paintings and portraits.
We are from the Houston area, and we want to come to see the Mike Mahon art display and the paintings of Ben Konis that are up for sale. We will need to get airplane reservations and hotel reservations, so we wanted to know if it will be open during your published hours, or if there will be changes. Right now, it looks like the last week in September or the first week in October would be best. Are there any problems with our coming then? Thanks,

Thanks for your interest. We will have about 50 paintings at the show, so you will have a lot to choose from. The Against the Wall Gallery will be open for business from September 1 through October 31. The only day they are not open is on Sundays. Their business hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. Of course the best day to be there will be on August 31st for the reception.
